Performance Pay
Drivers are compensated at a performance-based hourly/weekly rate.
The rate is calculated based on multiple factors, including:
Total Gross Earnings generated
Hours worked
Number of trips completed
Customer satisfaction feedback
Team/dispatch satisfaction and compliance
The hourly rate can increase or decrease depending on the driver’s performance.
Percentage Pay
Percentage Pay
Drivers are compensated at a percentage of gross trip revenue.
The agreed percentage is defined during onboarding.
Gross revenue is calculated after tolls and agreed deductions.
Weekly reports show gross earnings, deductions, and net payout.
Payouts are made weekly by ACH direct deposit or by check from the local office.
